Gary Caldwell is shite. :lol2:

Congrats on advancing to the group stage, Fred.

Is Arshavin fit? He's looked out of sorts in the last couple of games.

Song seems to be growing into that midfield role. The three man central midfield seems to suit him and Arsenal quite well.
Didn't expect it to be this easy.

Song has been a beast in the past two games. If he keeps this up, Wenger's decision not to buy a DM will look a bit more sane. Playing the holding midfielder role in a 3 man midfield seems to be working extremely well for him. I like our new look 4-3-3. It is more mobile and flexible than our previous 4-4-2.

:agree: yeah i hoped that fiorentina would be knocked out (same with Inter, roma, milan....). I used to think the way most of you here think (that if italian clubs performed well in europe it would be better for Juve and the rest of the league) but not anymore.

Most of these clubs fans were more than happy to see Juve being relegated to serie B so why would i be happy for them ?!!

I still remember two seasons ago when Totti was making a joke about how Roma fans are going to the stadium on tuesdays and Wednesdays to watch their team in the champions league while Juve fans sitting in their homes (and look at their pathetic club now) .

Fiorentina fans this summer were furious that their player is being sold to Juve (if it was some other club they wouldn't react that way). Same with milan and :inter: . So Fuck them all they don't even deserve a sympathy.

As for the 4th spot arguement, does it really matters if serie A clubs have 4 or 3 spots. 99% of the time we end up being at top 3 atleast so it doesn't really matter. Let milan, roma, fiorentina and others worry about that.....

We should all support Italian teams in Europe, cause then they will overpay for our players if we sell to them... Oh wait

getting our opponents more league's to be active in, busier schedules, players playing more matches and getting tired.
very true, if they get richer we can buy cheaper their players and, instead of selling Zanneti for 1.5 mil, next season we can sell any of our players like Poulsen and Tiago for a higher price..... so it's good for the league...
