There are rumours stating he's ready to say yes to Juve, but his wages are pretty high, Marotta needs to negotiate a reasonable amount with the player. If we can sell Amauri then we can definitely sign Malouda. Amauri earns a lot of money with Juve so by freeing up his wages we can use them on Malouda.

Hopefully we can get rid of Iaquinta and Grygera too and sign Bruno Alves

Are kidding me here Dusan? You are thinking about 31 ones of age, not absolute clear quality upgrade (he has been great for Chelsea), for a pathetically mediocre team that has ended 7th two seasons in a row? That its excuse of LW choices has been Martinez, Pepe and Marchisio? REALLY now?

Not that we have a shot of getting him, but when will Juve fans be more pragmatic? We need INSTANT results/improvement/sucess, I had the luxury of thinking of age/rejuvenating before, because I assumed we could get good young players. But our track record shows getting good players in any age group is a stretch, so we cant afford passing on proven quality, because of age.
I never said he's not an improvement nor that he's a shit player compared to our non-existing LW. I just say that he'd be a short term solution and how we shouldn't sign him because of that, along with his sky high wages.

If Sabatini got him in other hand..
It's not my fault Marotta is mediocre, so many others look skies above him.

4.8mil a year for 3 years

Like I said, not worth it.

Reports stating he's taking a wage cut to join us, AFAIK his net pay is between 2 and 2.5M a year :boh:

And that's reports from within Chelsea.

And Sabatini is less proven than Marotta. I prefer Marotta to him, problem is that Baldini is helping Sabatini by the looks of it. But till now Roma's mercato is woeful in my opinion. They are a worse team than last year.

Proven how, by getting Juve on 7th position?

Sure, I bet Baldini was also helping him when he got Kolarov for 500k and all those players to Palermo, like Pastore and others.

Sabatini never reached the CL with his teams, and he was the director of sports for arguably bigger teams than Sampdoria (i mean particularly Lazio). Marotta started in Serie B with Sampdoria and reached the CL, that's quite an achievement you must admit, regardless of your personal feelings about him.
