I used to argue with alot of posters who were dismissing/heavily underrating Malouda couple years back, with the naive/big team ambitious notion of "we can do better" (vouched for him even if I agreed with the sentiment). Needless to say, this time, WE CANT, he is basically a dream scenario compared to our typical option.
