I guess you talk about that 2 billion debt randomly hitting at some point of MM..
It was awful.

They have done some new stuff for Manager mode/Career mode this year..
massivley improved transfer system where you have to negotiate with both clubs and players, your transfer director is actually in touch with you this time around and he speaks about the players you are going to buy, it's not like before that they just accept anything when you simply over-pay..
some players are unsellable and sometimes you have to have alternatives for your targets before transfer closes as their respective club may fool around with you..

Still waiting fot more details in manager mode.

I've never faced that bug..
Also for avoiding that Freezing glitch when you can't load your MM file, turn off Auto-save because that's the main reason causes corrupted data/MM file..

Just save your game manually.
