some of these board expectations are seriously weak. Board is mad at me for not raising two youth players by 10 overall each. I've spent half of my training sessions trying to train two youth players to an acceptable level to fill this and not even close.

such a different game from 16..15. incredible. though the rapidity of the players to the ball is exagerated. i always exaust all my players in '70.

smashed barca 5-2 in CL final

won CL, serie A and sold 200mil worth of shirts. Board gave me a "satisfactory" overall review because i didnt raise 2 youth players by 10 points despite wasting half my available training sessions to do so

Exactly, I'm managing pro vercelli in career mode and expected to raise 17m out of my arse as that is a high expectation. To add I've gotta sign a youth from the academy and give him atleast 10 starts. Latter is fine but my youth team is fucking 'greyed' out.

So here's me on top of the league near november and the board is pissed with me. :sad:

I won League Two with Crew Alexandra and my transfer budget increased from $2.5 million to $285 million to start off the next season in League One. I don't think all the teams in League One even have a total of $285 million if you combine there starting transfer budgets.

so my rating in the upper corner went from 80 to 69 during my champions league winning season :D

My team is unstoppable though... I've got 80mil left in transfer funds and i don't know who to spend it on.
