I hope you're kidding because that would be extremely stupid IMO. So many ppl would abuse that ability and the game would become even more cheap. With the addition of diving to the kids who just do air through balls all day would make the game unplayable.

They used to have diving in PES, I havent played it in a few years but the last time I played on PC I remember pushing somethign to dive. It was pretty funny actually.

If someone just spams the dive button, they will lose possession almost every time or get a card like in real life. I don't think that's more lame then passing around in defence for example or just tackling everyone to collect red cards.

In order for this to work EA need good referee AI, collision detection or whatever to judge the situation. But I agree lobbed through balls should be fixed, and also in FIFA11 referee touches the ball almost every game..

I remember diving in PES8 and I liked it, but it definitely wasn't balanced. It was hard to pull off a flop and you often got rewarded with a yellow card even if there was contact, but whenever it worked and I got penalty it felt better than actually scoring almost.

It's better that way. Now you can't just rush and try to tackle opposition players with your CBs cause you will get caught out by a simple lob.

I have more problems defending headers from crosses. Makes me mad every time Chiellini gets beaten in the air by Agbonlahor or Ashley Young.

He probably thinks you meant the full release to be in August. I agree the demo should be released at least a month prior.
