but i read that he took a pay cut is that true??
benitez said that, should he have taken a pay cut than he is the idiot of all time.

and....
he is, im note sure if he will adapt his style in liverpool and i doubt it but the money which was paid is worth of him, there are other players which are overpriced look at darren bent or juventus example thiago.

what style does he have to adapt to? In ESP he stayed near the box and when he had a good chance he scores...he doesnt even have a "style"...just ure typical big centre forward

:agree:
Interesting discussion I had last night with 2 Liverpool fans...they said "when you remember the true greats of the game like Marco Van Basten & Paolo Rossi, you realise that the people who consider Torres a class act wouldn't know class if it hit them in the face!"

90.000 euros a week for El Nino will be worth it
its 90,000 pounds..which means something around 135,00 euros a week IIRC

That was a good piece of business if you take into consideration that Lyon bought him off Chelsea for 10M

off course he has style and a very good technic and he is not a typical forward. he can keep the ball, is very fast, goes also in midfield and gets the ball.

juventus example thiago.
we got Tiago for a steal, when you consider that Chelsea sold him last year for 10 million euros

off course he has style and a very good technic and he is not a typical forward. he can keep the ball, is very fast, goes also in midfield and gets the ball.
so others are saying he is a box striker, yet you are saying he runs into midfield to get the ball

F*UK wow it changes a lot for me. i thought they bought him about 3-4 mill, he was a bencher in chelsea. wow, normally lyon sell very overpriced. so then i have no problems with thiago if that is true, then he was a good buy.
