Having a more clinical striker on top of an allready very great team, would make it better. It would increase the chance to survive in the knockout rounds higher.

Its offcourse not a written guarantee, but it would certainly increase our chances each time.

I can understand not selling him last summer and demanding for the release clause but after 5-6 months in a disastrous season and having the fans riot every time they see him I think it's time for them to let him go. I think it's hurting them more having him in the squad. Selling him would clear the air IMO. The excuse they need a backup is BS, they could have a Bilbao B striker take his place and play 15min here and there.
