If we can wait one more summer, why dont just wait a couple more, so that a youngster will eventually grow up?
So let me get this straight; a guy who has been complaining about Marotta's failure to sign a big striker for 3 seasons now would turn down Llorente on a free transfer to give another two years for one of our young strikers to emerge?

:lol: :lol:

Another example of not trolling, I'm sure.

why do we always take the slow players?
Because fast players are often brainless?

    The sarcasm was obviously aiming to say that we have already waited long enough, but also to point out that;

    We were searching for Treze's replacement quite a long time now.
    IMO, the replacement should be signed a la Moggi, meaning, even before Treze was released.
    Ever since that, there is no excuse for not getting one, other than the incompetence of our transfer manager.

    So if he is that incompetent, then i am afraid that waiting for our youngsters is the only option we have left.
    I really doubt that if Marotta fail to sign Llorente now, will have a chance to sign him as a free agents, because then, imo we will face stiffer competition.

    Failing to sign him now, is the utter proof of incompetence, it means that he never had a plan, personally, i will be so deeply dissapointed, that i will expect nothing from him, so using our youngsters and not getting own again like we did with Giovinco, would be the least i could wish for, in order to minimise damage, due to his incompetence...
