Arsenal - Have money, play CL football, but he can't work with Giroud. They also have Chamakh and Bendtner.

Tottenhem - Have money, can offer good wages, but not playing CL.

Juventus - CL football, Champions, need new #9 badly, can offer solid wages.

I'd say we're favs to pick him up.

But you forgot to mention that he'd be playing in the Premier League if he chose the two other teams. Something that players value these days.

Tottenham is not greater than Lazio. True. I mean no English club is greater than any Italian.club. They just have the dirty money and momentum right now.
