Juve increase Llorente offer

Juventus have reportedly raised their offer for Fernando Llorente to €18m after Athletic Bilbao hesitated.

The initial €16m bid was not considered enough to complete the transfer, so Mundo Deportivo claim the proposal has been increased to €18m.

Both proposals fall way short of the €36m rescission clause in the player’s contract that Bilbao are demanding.

Llorente has turned down the offer of a new contract at San Mames and is widely expected to leave the club before the end of the summer transfer window.

As a result, Los Leones boss Marcelo Bielsa has left him out of the La Liga opener against Real Betis today, along with want-away teammate Javi Martinez, after the pair were insulted by supporters at training this week.

Meanwhile, a report in Bild insists that Martinez will sign for Bayern Munich later this week for a fee of €40m.

It follows a meeting on Friday between the player’s representatives, including his brother Alvaro, and Bayern officials Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Karl Hopfner, at which it was agreed the Spanish international would pen a five-year deal.

Selling Matri is a better option than selling Lichtsteiner imo. If we sold Matri for about 12m and replaced him by loaning Borriello for cheap we would get somw nice income to close Llorente's and Armero's deals. I'd be ok with such moves as we'd improve our squad a lot.

Borriello > Cazzo btw.

These scenarios seem very plausible but i doubt it will happen..We'll wait and see.

Well I see it this way: loaning Borriello would be easy as Roma don't need him and he's got high wages. Selling Matri could be the most difficult thing as we know Bilan never want to pay, they're looking for cheap options. Signing Armero shouldn't be problem, Udinese wants co-own and we could close it quite fast. As for Llorente it's difficult to say anything.

Basically you're right it'll be difficult to make this scenario happen due to many clubs involved in it, but it's definitely possible financially.
