I don't know why people still mention Diarra. I hardly hear anything about us bidding for him lately. Plus, Marotta said that Vidal would have more hunger to prove himself here. So effectively, Diarra is backup if the Vidal deal doesn't go through.

Diarra is definitely not coming imo as he wants 5 M euros per year and he called Italy a country of cheats 4 years ago.

Because he is on transfer market now, who knows who will join us - vidal and rossi or diarra and aguero?our future signings will be here 'til 27 july i guess anyway

Melo's brain-snaps are always a risk when he's on the field - when he misbehaves it can have an effect on the entire team - think back to Parma-Juve when Quag got injured

Yes I'm trying to convince myself that it's ok if he leaves...

He may be on the transfer market, but Marotta hardly spoke about him or making a bid for him. Not to mention the articles on FI or Goal.com don't mention a bid for him.

TBH Melo did cost us a lot of points in the past two season, such as his givings away of the ball near goal and his red cards and suspensions when we needed him most. Good player, but can be replaced.

goal.com info is banned @ this forum :p :D lol :D is there any melo's new interviews ? twitter?
Exactly. If even a banned site like Goal.com doesn't report any signs of us negotiating for Diarra, then how can you say that he'll arrive here?

No new interviews that I know of.
