If he wanted out he would have said so long ago. It's more than 20 days since we got Conte and he has still not said anything about wanting to keep Melo or not.. Same goes for Aquilani.. The managment of this club is a joke and we saw it with Diego last year. Del Neri wanted to keep him, Marotta wanted to "keep" him, and wupti he was sold 48 hours before the mercato closed..

I also believe that Melo was justified to say what he did and history will prove him right!
His comments are driven from his love to our jersey, its real shame that we are losing prestige each and every day and we are appealing quality players as we are shaping up into a mediocre seria A team, less and less. And even though they are few deluded and misquided quality players like Diego, Melo and players with great potential, like Giovinco and Criscito
and we treat them like a piece of shit, because our incompetent management needs to find some scapegoats, to cover up for their mistakes.

It was more than obvious, that from all the parts of our squad, the less issues we had, was with our CMs, they were not great, but they did far better than the average joe in our team.
But because the team was very weak, in some certain positions (wingbacks and LM) and because we had no proper tactic plan and many internal issues,
all the efforts, that some of our players put to the table, were rubbished.

Melo tried really hard, this season, he improved his play and offered much more than most of our mercs.
He showed an ambition from the day he joined us from Fiorentina and considered us, the really great pass, in his carrier, he consider us a club that would spend the rest of his carrier with.
Melo, is not a Tiago, he actually gives a damn, it is normal for a guy like that, to act emotionally. If he was a merc, he wouldnt bother, this talk to Real was trying to convince himself that would work and maybe attract the interest of our club, to make some public stance.
Our club, exactly as they did with Giovinco and Diego, has probably turned off the lines of communication and indirectly showing him, that he is about to get the boot.
He got panicked and he feels that he his losing his world under his feet, he has seen this happening to other players and reacts like that, because he has smth to lose.
He made it clear to the fans this time, unlike what happened with Fiore, that he would like to stay in our club and if/when the club sells him out, it wont be, because he asked for it (his previous pro Mourinho comments could imply that, thats why he had to clear this out now) ,
but because our club demanded it! That shows that, unlike our management, Melo still holds some respect to our jersey and Juve fans.

Personally, he also must be feeling very very bad a bour our situation, he tried more than the rest, if the rest was trying as hard as him, we wouldnt be here and yet, he is about to take the blame for all and players like Pepe, Motta, Martinez, Aquilani and Bonucci, will get away with it, just because they are Italian.
He sees Juve preferring cheap/free players like Pirlo and Pazienza before him, he see us considering the acquisition of a new CM starter, despite the acquisition of Pirlo and Pazienza, as the most pressing matter in our squad. Our transfer policy shows that replacing Melo with Defour or Inler we solve most of our problems.
But replacing our wingbacks, adding a LM, etc, seem to come second. And he is damn right to be pissed, because thats not fair!

He is right to feel miss-treated when he sees us desperate to sell him off, downgrading his transfer value and consider him the ultimate scapegoat for our season.
Where were you fuckface when Melo said he wants to play under Mourinho?

Where were you dickarm when melo said he wants to play under Wenger?

And that goes for all of you defending Melo, his statements about Mourinho and Wenger are not more than two weeks old.

Is Conte supposed to call every single player in the squad to tell them what he really thinks about them? Can't Melo wait till he comes back from Brazil or wherever the fuck he is to talk with the coach?

Aquilani took it like a man, he knew the team didn't want him, yet, he still showed some respect unlike this cry baby. Diego too, he was respectful even after being sold.

Melo can fuck off, as far as I'm concerned, there are dozens of good DMs around Europe that can match Melo's quality and even have more intelligence.

He's in love with himself if he thinks he was close to perfect this season.

I don't think he wanted to leave, but he's probably being pushed to the exit, and it trying to whore himself out. Praising his season, talking about how he'd love to play in Spain, sucking up to Mourinho.

We just keep spinning our fucking wheels. He's a good player that gives a shit and now he's gone. Fuck, sometimes players have some issues, it's obvious Melo is more sensitive than most, just deal with it and give him a fucking call or something. But it's obvious we want to sell him and imagine how obvious it is to him.

Look at all the complete idiots here siding with the management, a group of incompetent clowns who have shown themselves to be less caring than Melo EVER has AND unwilling to show certain players common courtesy. You think it is surprising to see such comments from Felipe, a guy who has expressed his DESIRE to win with Juventus time and time again, when we are quite clearly shopping him for the likes of Inler? I'd be more worried if he DID NOT say anything, because then that would show he doesn't give a shit.

Felipe can say what he wants about this club, it is a fucking batshit nightmare driven down to the depths of mediocrity by a bunch of clowns and their fans.

In the past few weeks Melo has done a good job of completely tarnishing his reputation here. I liked him, he is one of the few quality players in the squad be he seriously needs to shut the fuck up and stop talking to the media regardless of his plans this summer.

Ofc not every player. But he should with them who are being linked away from THIS club.. Or the management should.. Just like they do with Buffon, Chiellini, Marchisio and so..

Cronios you're making it sound like Melo just hit puberty and had his first period.
well he is, but that doesnt means he isnt right though... we know that Melo gets carried away emotionally, but he was justified to feel what he felt.

Prolly working, i just came back from a 30h non stop work.
A couple of days ago, i only saw Melo rightfully questioning some teammates and i ve heard rumors that if we were to throw him away, he would prefer working under Jose.
At any case, i m here now and i m referring to the matter at hand.
And despite the fact that you have immunity from warns and bannable offenses, you should not exploit it like that, just because you know that no one can respond in the same tone.
Once again you are turning an opinion about one matter, into a personal flame war, without adding pretty much anything, your presence and how your abusive mockery is tolerated is a disgrace to the spirit of open forums.

What happened here, once upon a time we had some decent mods here...

So what he said he respects Mourinho and Wenger. Lots of players do, lots of players would like to be managed by them. He never expressed his desire to move to Real Madrid or Arsenal did he? In fact it was on the contrary, he has expressed his desire to stay with Juve several times. Something that everyone chooses to ignore. Just because he disrespects the management doesn't mean he disrespects the club.

And look at you deciding who is an idiot and who isn't.

Melo Cares? Yeah, he cares all right. Cared so much during the world cup that he embarassed himself.

Cared so much against Parma this year AFTER Quagliarella got hurt that he decided to get himself a straight red card.

He has a million dollar body and a 10 cent head, and his comments the past couple of weeks about wanting to play for Mourinho and Wenger, and this ill advised self belief that he somehow feels that he is indispensible to the squad is making me think that giving him credit for a 10 cent head is about 9 cents too many.

And I don't see very many people "Siding" with management, as you somehow believe that we are doing. We are pointing out that this guy is an immature moron.

I'm sorry that people here think Melo is whoring himself out. He isn't the most intelligent player around, but he does have a lot of heart. And he needs to feel loved and needed where he is. It's just who he is as a person and player. And if he feels he's not being respected, id believe it, seeing how Diego, Gio and Trez have been treated only a year ago. Unfortunately he tends to shoot his mouth off a bit, and his actions on the pitch can leave a lot to be desired, but at least hes a guy with balls who probably cares more about this club than Marrotta seemingly does. And why just Melo? Wouldnt any player feel disrespected being used as a bargaining chip in every deal mentioned in the media, with nobody coming out and denying those rumours From within the club? So what if he let's his emotions get the better off him, it doesn't disregard the crux of what is being said. Every player needs to feel integral to his team, and Melo is no different. He probably expresses it more immaturely than your average joe would, but heck, id rather have a player like him who has put in his time doing all he can on the field, including the odd red card, rather than a Pazienza whose coming here because it's a 'lifestyle choice'. Not even comparing their skills, just their temperaments. At the end of the day, it's up to this club to start making players feel like they're part of the 'project' because some actually give a damn, unlike the people running this poor show.
