Felipe Melo admits that he doesn't understand why Juventus fans continue to whistle him and the team after three wins in a row.

The Bianconeri appear to have finally turned a corner under Alberto Zaccheroni after a bleak couple of months.

They broke back into the top four with a 2-1 victory over Bologna yesterday.

“We didn't play badly under Ferrara, but with the new boss we have changed direction,” Melo explained.

“I don't understand the people who come to the stadium just to whistle us. In my opinion, it's as if they support Torino and not Juventus,” he concluded.

Melo has been the brunt of the fans' discontent this season after failing to live up to his €18m price tag.

The Brazil international was voted worst signing of the season in December.

However, his performances have picked up under Zaccheroni.
