actually in 4231 he has much more space than in 4321 if that's what the coming of Melo means. but if we play 4312, than Melo has nothing to do with Giovinco. Diego does.

Personally I prefer a 4231 or a 4321 as it involves Diego and Giovinco together. I would rather see that even if it means sacrificing other players. I think those two will turn out to be a world class partnership.

Also, that is what we currently have, if we get a new defender my backline might change.

I believe 4-2-3-1 will be too defensive. Even if Melo and Marchisio plays at the MC position in for example a 4-1-3-2 formation, they will still be quite defensive due to their natural playing style. So I believe Sissoko as the only DM in the formation will do good.

good post...i have the same thought. In a way i am glad that we have gio and diego, 2 creative brains but with only one striker, i have some doubts. I really would sacrifice one of them for the dp factor. Anyways i can't wait to see juve's pre season friendlies and there we shall see what does our coach choose.

of course he will play....we spended a lot of money on diego so he will play in his fave position & juve's formation depend and is creeated on dp, so i cannot see us starting with only one man in front.
