Meh, he'll have some bad games because he is only at a certain level, but he is a decent player with some good attributes. I thought the tougher physical game would suit him and he got amongst them.

Before the 2-0, he was the only player who knew what he was doing during the match.

He was the only player finding space, Pirlo was double marked the entire half. Lichtsteiner was clumsy with the ball. Marchisio did all the running to give him space.

Marchisio was noticed all the time from the so early in the match as I can remember and look how he finished it, a great goal and a greater assist.
