I never believe reports like this from crap sources ---- but if I'm Chiesa and Juve actually told me "accept less than €5 million or leave," it would give me all the more incentive to play out the season on an expiring contract and either leave for free after the season or force Juve to extend me on my terms if I have a good season.

This is a 2 way business and respect should be shown in both directions.
Poor Chiesa. I guess he should be getting food stamps if he renews for less than 5m per season. I feel for him.

How about if you don't accept or you don't want to leave how about you play and train with the kids in Serie C and then go ask for more than 5 mil. a year.

Well, I dont know..

5M for a player that:

1- Spend alot of time injured in the last 2 years
2- Seems that the current coach dont seem to believe can work in his system
3- Hasnt receive any real proposal from any team so far
4- Didnt have a good Euro to back him up.

Considering those points and especially 2 and 3... Is not that crazy to offer 5M IF its true, having said that, it is a crap sourse...

P.S I think a "fair" offer for both parties IF he really wants to stay, could be 5M + 1M in bonus

The is now way in hell Chiesa deserves 6 million/year.
A fair offer would be 3.5 + 1 in bonuses with the promise of a renegotiation if he does well, when the next season ends.

Imagine actually thinking this is a good idea. Go into the season with Yildiz and (maybe) Soule as your starting wingers with Kostic and Weah as the backups, just to try to prove a point.

This is the kind of nonsense posts by clueless people that I cant help but laugh at.

If Juve actually did this to someone like Chiesa, fans should be showing up and protesting the club, not encouraging it.

Nah , your way is what the pussy clubs led by Paratici would do.
Strong clubs would take the opportunity to send a message .
Your way is also stupid because then every 2 cent player is going to held the club ransom just like Chiesa because you know , you have to use him because reasons....

What kind of nonsense is this, 3.5m? We been paying Sandro, Woj, Rabiot, Bremer and Chiesa between 6-7.5m a year (Vlahovic significantly higher).

And your bright idea is bring Chiesa down to 3.5m, virtually half his salary?

And you not only think it's good idea but expext him to sign it? I know financial ceiling is lower on salaries this current regime, but that's just a big time insult and better off taking first offer possible and sell him. Now sensible way to conduct bussiness.

IF he stays without renew his contract, I dont believe we will send him to Serie C to play in Next Gen, but I do believe he will not see much playing time...

Chiesa will be in a situation wherehe will be against the club and with a coach that dont see him as an option...

If he doesnt want to renew, for whatever reason be, then his manager should find a club that wants him and offer something both Juventus and Chiesa agree...

P.S 3,5M its would be crazy and I dont think the club would seriously consider offering that low... common guys...

I'm not sure if this is actually a serious post

You are aware that this isn't exactly a unique situation here, right? There are a lot of quality players with 1 year left on their contract where the player/club arent on the same page --- and the clubs arent sending those players to the youth teams like you suggested to get their way

Jesus Christ there are clueless people in here lol

I don't care what others are payed or who payed them. That's your current value , that's what you get.
What bright ideea is this , since Bremer our best player has 5.5 million and Chiesa is lower then soule level he should also expect 5.5 million ?

Bro are you for real?
You said that if Chiesa doesn't get what he wants then Juve should fuck off because he leaves for free anyway next year.

And you expect Juve to just crouch and take it up the ass?
Are you dumb?

Juve's position should be either renewe on our terms , fuck off to the highest bidder or play in Serie C with nobody's .

How are you allowed to post here?
Are you Chiesa's agent?

He is not getting even 5M when he leaves for free after spending a whole year out of the team. He should know he is not an established player. If he was, we would've more teams interested.

Never knew this guy had so many fan boys in here.
Muchachos he is finished as a top level player.
The sooner you realize the easier the transition is going to be to the next fad.
He should go the Roma route ,next, a la Dybala .
Another one that wanted 8 to 10 million but got 4 and said "thank you".
