We are sending a strong message here. Renew on our terms or spend a year on the stands. Doing this to one of our better players should discourage other players from trying to dictate their terms. In the long run this is correct approach. Personally this guy has been massive disappointment the way he conducted himself after all the support he received. Club doesnt owe him anything. Get rid of him asap.

Is Juve’s offer for renewal still on the table or team Chiesa’s already rejected it?
I think because Chiesa rejected it earlier in the summer the offer is no longer on the table atm, hence why he is frozen out and on the market, but wouldn’t rule out that it could still change at any moment if there is no serious buyer by deadline day and he eventually decides to lower his demands.

Bayern Munich are in a similar situation with Kimmich, Sane, and Alphonso Davies, who has been long rumored to want to join Real Madrid with his agent even saying so. Not to mention they desperately want to unload Leon Goretzka and his massive wages, but have also done so in a professional manner.

Liverpool have Salah and TAA, who like Davies, has been linked to Real Madrid (and we know how they operate to get players for free).

KDB is in the final year of his contract with City with links he could leave soon, not to mention they still have Cancelo, who they desperately want to get rid of. Julian Alvarez, an important and incredibly valuable player for City, said he wasnt sure he wanted to stay, and Pep lived by his philosophy, where if you dont want to be here, you can leave.

Jonathan Tah, from fucking Leverkusen, has been publicly flirting with Bayern all summer with a contract expiring after the year, is still part of their team.

Notice how the top clubs in the world don't operate like this. Only a completely clueless management team do stuff like this, which would explain the complete clown show that we've seen this summer.

You want to create a toxic environment where it's 100% business and there is separation of player vs club, you're seeing it. I dont want to hear about "family" or a "family environment" when it comes to Juventus, because the club certainly doesnt operate that way.

But dont worry everyone, we may only have 8 players in our squad (15 if you count keepers) and the season starts Monday, but Giuntoli has had a lot of positive talks and he hopes to close on some signings as early as next week.

Bayern has lost their ways over the last few years. We are not conducting business like City, Liverpool or Leverkusen? Great.
Football is 100% business for a long while. The ruthlesness with how we are dealing with Chiesa is reminiscent of how Moggi would deal with disgruntled players.

Friendly environment doesnt entail bending over to players demands. Precisely because of the "friendly" way previous management conducted business we have a lot of players on big contracts that we cannot get rid of and we have a mess to deal with.

Not to mention players and agents paying attention to this will be like nah, we not getting involved with that Nazi-like club.

Bayern won the league 10 or 11 straight times, and were 10 minutes away from going to the Champions League final. They're still doing ok.

Moggi? Lol. Like so many Juve fans, completely living in the past.

But hey, Giuntoli is just showing his dominance in running this club!!! That's why so many clubs are just bending over backwards to sell us players lol. They're intimidated by Giuntoli's tactics lol. Guy can't even convince Kululu to join Juventus.

Not to mention Giuntoli has been completely emasculated by clubs like Bologna, Atalanta, and Fiorentina so far this summer, who are laughing his face right now.

Koop and Nico will join us before the deadline. However it is really simple. The club sets a price and unless you match it, negotiations take place. If we had money Atalanta is asking for, this would have been over in a matter of hours/days. You can blame previous "friendly" management for spending above our means, that we find ourselves in this situation. Stuck in the past? Okay kid, this JJ badly needs to get back to its ruthless predatory ways. But this was initially about Chiesa and the way we approach this situation, so in that regard Chiesa didnt do enough since recovery to get higher salary. There are no suitors for him on the market. No top clubs consider him good enough to make an offer. So maybe Chiesa and his agent got this all wrong.

I know. I read Giuntoli has had "positive talks and he expects to close the deals as early as next week."

He's just deciding when to pounce so he can bully these teams into selling these players under his term and price.

Can we just start calling Giuntoli "The Bully," with the way he operates and always gets his way? He's like prime Michael Jordan or Tiger Woods. He's already won the deal before it's completed due to his intimidation factor and mental toughness.

Okey lets all cry because things didnt exactly go the way few of you expected. Lets write off the team before a single game has been played. Lets use few friendlies as a benchmark how good we are. Lets mock the team.

I think he meant for Bayern and it is different than what Juventus have to deal with in Serie A. Bayern can just buy any player they like from their rivals. We cannot buy Inter's, Milan's or Napoli's top players. Additionally every few years figc decides to invent scandals that takes us back and the league for years.

Who?

Attack - Sane, Kane, Olise, Musiala, Coman, Muller, Tel, Gnabry
Midfield - Kimmich, Goretzka, Laimer, Pavlovic, Palhina
Defense - Davies, Dier, Kim, Upamecano, Stanisic, Boey, Ito.

I may be missing a few small players, but that's their main roster. What Bundesliga players are being "fed" to them by their competition?

I literally dont think they have 1 player in their starting lineup that they bought from a Bundesliga team. I guess Upamecano, who had a release clause.

If anything, it's EPL clubs that massively overpay for the top young players in that league. Just look at who City has bought from Bundesliga teams under Pep. Haaland, De Bruyne, Sane, Akanji, Gvardiol, Gundogan, Ortega (to be the fucking backup). And that's just off the top of my head.

The Bundesliga does what Serie A should do, which is actually give young talent a chance to play.

What was Mino Raiola's quote about Haaland and Juventus? That Juve would play him in their U23 team if he signed here?

You cant compare those two leagues. That's because Bayern is the only big club in bundesliga. There is no 2nd or 3rd big team there, just other upper mid level ones compared to Bayerns gigantic status.

Only way to compare that makes sense is imagine if you combined Juve, Milan and Inter to one club in Serie A. And their 2nd closest competition as this huge larger then life biggiest team was only a weaker Napoli, mid level Roma, Lazio and Fiorentina.

That's basically what Bayerns status in Germany is. They have no equals or competition at all.

Current team vs historically. They usually pillage every domestic team for talent. They did this to Dortmund a while ago. They have no competition domestically. Financially other teams in the league are far behind.
