Bernas contract runs until 2022, surely Juve/Samp can work something out for the salaries of that one year, it's not like anyone is going to offer Berna 4m next January / summer.
He's going to want at least €2.5m, probably €3m. Even the lower figure is twice as much as their highest-paid player. Seems unlikely. Maybe a Lazio or Roma or Napoli would take him on a free or low fee.

Looking at the league, Id pair him in a group with guys like Bonaventura (1.5m at Fiorentina), Politano (2.2m at Napoli) and Darmian (2m at Inter), older guys that used to play for bigger teams and had to downgrade due to insufficient performance.

Berna can want things, but if he doesnt renew with Juve and remains in Italy, I'd bet on him not getting anything over 2.5m, even if he goes the free agent route.

Main problem with deals like this is that teams such as Samp can't afford a Juve salary. Berna earns €4m net and the highest Samp player is on just over €1m.

So it's a pipe dream. Maybe in FM.
No, that's not the main problem, main problem is juve trying to let go their best player.
