he can stay silent. how can you ever trust words of this guy again after hearing him call szczesny reliable?
moggi constantly lied to the press and trolled journalists. so what.

cherubini answered a question. it's part of his job

let's not forget that due to his wage, szczesny is unsellable (and also a much better keeper than his form shows). nobody will call him crap, everybody will say that the club's trusting him. you can't and shouldn't throw him under the bus. unless they commit a crime or violate their contracts, players always were and always will be protected by the clubs, and it's completely fine. you might wanna see him beheaded by agnelli at the middle of piazza castello, but realistically being benched by the coach is the most you can expect on szczesny.

Gigio Donnarumma is another young yet experienced player who could have joined Juventus last summer. Why didn’t Juventus sign him?

“Because Juventus have an reliable goalkeeper with a long contract [Wojciech Szczesny],” Cherubini said.

You highlighted it wrong... That's the problem, as most of our current contracts

Lately every season starts with some crazy handicap. Remember De Ligt's handballs (penalties)? This is Szczesny's turn (even if it started last season). He will get over it.

He got a renewal in 2019. His low salary, combined with length of his contract and his sell on clause means he’ll be one of the last of this current bunch to leave. Only Arthur and Locatelli will likely be here when he leaves.

I guess we owe a big thank to the lord himself.

just heard he said in an interview, that only Arthur injury caused them to sign Locatelli, if he wasnt injured they wouldnt sign Manuel. Wow so short sighted

Cherubini's debut in the market has not been an happy one. Last summer Juve’s purchase’s was unsatisfactory, the long negotiation for Locatelli, the wrong decision on Kean. January will be a test for him, if the summer was a 5/10, now we need a leap in quality. (@cmdotcom)
Don't believe this shit for 1 second. Kean is not being judged on his first 3-4 months here in this squad, while Marotta always used to drag transfer deals to penny pinch every cent downwards possible.
