The Group B matches started at 18:30 CET because the last group games must be played at the same time. Since the one game is in Russia, the time difference affected the ko times.

I'm not sure where you can get live audio commentary but if text commentary is good enough try Uefa.com, Eurosport.com or even Juventus.com.
