First off, what the hell is Milan thinking? Fielding their strongest team against Dortmund means Real will definitely get in!!! If real go out early, the competition becomes devalued as the best team is already out. They can play breathtaking football at times, and its not their fault they are the best and always win it.
Is it really good for the competition if we have worse teams in the final? no!

but what good at a competition if one team always win it. I hate them... and I don't want them to be in the quarters.
today I cross fingers for Lokomotiv... and for Dortmund (sorry i prefer them over real madrid)

from what I've heard from the knowledgeable posters on here and XT, we were outplayed in the Delle Alpi by Depor, and their two goals were certainly the best of the bunch.

As a footballing side, Depor are way way ahead of us, and the same goes for Valencia, barca and Real

La Coruna didn't outplay us. they were better in the first half... but we were much better in the second half and deserved the win. La Coruna first goal started from a clear foul on Tacchinardi in the middle of the field. they didn't outplay us at all.

and we are much better than Valencia and Barcelona, please?!

I have heard other people say Depor totally dominated the first half (as shown by the fact they had 63% possession..in OUR ground remember!) and the second half we just shaded!

Look at our goals, one from a set piece, one luckily deflected shot through to trez, and one total fluke volley that would have gone miles over 99 times out of 100! Depor's goals on the other hand, the first was a superb flowing move that we could only dream of putting together, and the second was an absoulte cracker that maybe only DP could score from our team!

You think we are better than Valencia? wait till we play them and they totally outclass us, then will you think the same? Valencia are a class above us, they won La Liga (best league in the world) and play superb, bloody brilliant football, much better than us!

ok, the first goal was brilliant, but it all started with a foul on tacchi that the referee did not see + a zambrotta mistake earlier. the second goal was not a team effort' it was just Makaay being brilliant!

how can you say La Coruna are a better team? did you see the first game? we are champions and we are the current leaders!

Barcelona are shit all over... they have some great players upfront, but how a team in the 10th place in their own league can be better than us? not to talk about their defence and GK!

Valencia are a great team I know, but they suck at the moment! they are champions of a great league, but so are we!

they outclassed us in the first half, which makes them better as we did not outclass them at any point. The same regards to Man United, who outclassed us for the full 90 in Turin.

citing a foul on Tacchi (which IMO was a 50/50 thing like the 'foul' by Becks on montero al old trafford) is no reason to draw away from what a good goal it was and how easy they sliced through our team, heck how many times domestically do we get away with fouls? ALL THE TIME!

How can being the current leaders in Italy make us better than Depor? la Liga is the best league so being third in it is no shame!

Just because they have lost 2 games domestically in a row, so what?! We did the same thing earlier in the season!! Did you say we suck! I doubt it!

They play Aimar behind Carew, we play DP behind Trez. How is their attack any less potent than ours? look at the midfield, Baraja, Vicente, Kily, Rufete? these guys would walk into our team man! At least Carew holds the ball up, unlike Trez who is becoming more and more Inzaghi - like by the game!!

oh yes, you mentioned the other match with depor, can you not remember? they sliced through our backline easily with pace, precision and power! We simply relied on two long range efforts which luckily went in!
