Ofcourse, we are still the ones in Serie B because we cheated :D
Inter in serie B:disagree: They're not good enough for that division. If inter were to play honest football, they would be beaten by six year olds because they are SO abysmal. If there were a serie Z, inter would permanently prop up the table. :p

Ever thought the only reason you're in serie a (and never punished for anything whatsoever) is because you cheated yourselves?

Here's an idea, take your silly paper scudetto, punch a hole in it, and consummate your relationship with it..

Come back when you've got something to be proud of.. :pumpkin:
:agree: Well said. By fixing the award of the 2006 scudetto to go to inter by moratti & rossi, has made the badge worthless.

Tried loggin out and removeing cookie - no joy. Dont know how to clean cache though. Any other suggestions? Last time i spent ages laying out pearls of wisdom on coaching youth teams to a guy who asked for help - bloody masterpiece it was and i couldnt send the damn thing. Pissed me off good and proper.
It's awkward, but get into the habit of selecting all your text and copying (it's just ctrl+a, ctrl+c if you're a windows user) before you post. You won't actually lose anything that way. It shouldn't be happening though, so let's try clearing the cache this time.
Here's how to do that if you're using Internet Explorer - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/clearcache.mspx
(don't worry, it's simple once you know where it is)

Former FIGC President Franco Carraro has seen his four-year suspension quashed in Arbitration, turning it into just a fine.

Carraro was one of the first to resign when the Calciopoli scandal exploded in May, as the incidents of alleged pressure on refereeing designators happened under his 'watch’.

He had been suspended for four years and six months with a fine of £53,600 in the first trial this summer.

However, those charges have now been quashed in the CONI Arbitration, leaving just the financial penalty.

The judges decided, “There was no proof Carraro acted in any way other than in the interests of the Federation, nor that he took informal procedures to rebuke the refereeing section.”

Carraro has long been a key figure in Italian football’s hierarchy, first becoming FIGC Vice-President in 1973 and President from 1976 to ’78.

He was in charge of the CONI Olympic Committee from 1878 to 1987, then at the head of the Federation again from 1986-87 and 2001-2006.

The CONI Arbitration is the last course of action within the sporting justice system for the Calciopoli clubs and has already made sweeping cuts to the other penalties.

Juventus and Lazio both had eight points taken off their handicaps, while Fiorentina had four shaved away. Milan’s appeal against an eight-point penalty was rejected.

well they've cleared a big number of referees, this guy carraro, Lotito, Della Valle and Gallianni is on the way to be cleared.

Sateeh,

Isn´t it a little bit suspicious now that Rossi is gone, everyone see their penalties drastically reduced or even cancelled?

I mean, next week they will return Juventus their titles and cancel their penalty.:eyebrows: :D

That would have happened since a long time if we didn't hire mentally-illed lawyers...

its been suspicious from the begining mate. Rossi has been hired for a reason and he was successfull.
Now the truth is coming out day by day, however the CONI and FIGC will not clear juve or its directors as then it wouldn't look good at all. As then if everyone isn't guilty who created all of those problems in the summer.

They still need a scape goat and thats still this club.

Italian newspaper Corriere Della Sera published an extensive article detailing the referee problems seen in the Atalanta-Milan match.

/noticias.info/

A referee should not be assigned to oversee the game of a coach that testified against him in a trail, as is the case with Ancelotti and Pieri. Ancelotti had the courage to testify in this summer’s Italian soccer scandal and say: 'I cannot confirm that a group of referees exists, but certainly I had the overall sensation that some of the referees were less trustworthy. De Santis, Palanca and Pieri are included in that group… There have been three games in which the referee has damaged Milan in favour, either directly or indirectly, of Juventus. In particular in the Lecce-Milan game, Pieri refereed in a truly one-sided manner. He booked Maldini who was one yellow card away from being suspended and it was on the eve of the derby.’

Pieri’s behaviour has not improved, actually his direction is more in line with Moggi. He was the referee of Bologna 0-1 Juve in December 2004 which was under scrutiny on June 5 by the police in Rome when he was refered to as, 'a referee that constantly seems to be absolutely unfair when it comes to dealing with our team,’ by Pagliuca.

There are three reasons why Pieri should not have been assigned to oversee Atalanta-Milan:

The first: Pieri is aware that Ancelotti testified over the summer that he has the overall feeling that some referees were less trustworthy, like De Santis, Palanca and Pieri in the Italian soccer scandal trial.

The second problem: Pieri is being investigated by the prosecutor general in Naples for sport fraud and is therefore effected by this investigation.

The third problem: Pieri was released from the trial in Reggina and was never punished for his relationship with Moggi and Juventus, the one that was reported by Ancelotti.

Both the technical ability and the fragile morale of the referees are being damaged. Almost all of the referees have avoided any type of disciplinary action and their purification is still far away.

Interesting article...
They will keep moaning and complaining because of referees because simply they want something to hang their failure on...

Ancelotti is not the suitable man to coach Milan, but they are avoiding seeing that and they keep finding execuses for him by blaming referees...

Who is the so stupid person who may believe that a referee may make his revenge against Ancelotti just because he had a testimony against him??

The Italian football is so stupid lately, and if any club doesn't win, they go and blame the referee for it...

This season, Juve scored 4 correct gaols in three matches and they were cancelled by referees, and nobody moaned because you have to deal with the match in the match , not by hiring your friends in the FIGC and in the courts...

I won't be surprised if Berlusconi could find a way to make a new calciopoli in the coming summer blaming Zamparini that he was dealing with the referees to have a higher rank than his club, and I won't be surprised that we may see another group of INNOCENT clubs which may be relegated or have their points deducted just because those in charge of Inter and Milan have no balls to play in the matches themselves, but they have the whole authority to change the results by fake courts...
