In an interview, Juve's lawyer states that the chances of Juve going to TAR are "99%"
I can not believe that TAR wouldn't reverse the previous decisions, as
1. The evidence is based on "conjecture"
2. The punishments were not equal
I think the largest, most glaring mistake made by Rossi&Co. was the taking of lo scudetto of 2005/6....there is absolutely NO legal basis for doing so. Since TAR is an all or nothing process, I believe that the 2005/6 punishment alone would be enough for TAR to revoke the penalties, and send it back.
At that point Rossi&Co (or equivalent) will be forced to choose between:
1. Letting the whole matter go (doubtful, as it would make them all look like complete idiots) or
2. Juve in A, minus 10-15, and with lo scudetto of 2005/6 back....the one of 2004/5 left blank.
I would imagine that Juve would accept 2.
