Just to inform you that some Juventus fans owners of Juventus bonds created a committee (their site is www.giulemanidallajuve.com ) that declared today that they will appeal to Tar ALSO IF JUVE DOESN'T... They can do it as, being owners of bonds, they are victim of any wrong sentence that causes a damage to the company (in this case Juventus). They announced officially that they are going to report to the ordinary justice Guido Rossi with the accusation of having made "abuses" while managing the Italian Football Federation in the last months... I don't know what will happen, the ordinary justice in Italy is very slow, maybe it will take months or even a year, but the most important thing that the committee told is that they "invite" the Juventus board to have a behaviour that "does not mortify" the Juventus fans in the world (of course it's an invitation to report to Tar, despite FIFA threats, in case the Arbitrate Council doesn't accept the request of being at least readmitted in serie A).
I will be on holyday for a week, but if I have some news I'll let you know.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but there is an article of an Italian law that says that the results of the phone taps can’t be used in different procedures from the ones in which they were disposed.
This means that they shouldn't be used in any "Calciopoli" trial.
the calciopoli judge ruperto said in a interview that there is some article in italian law which allows the use of phone conversations in sporting activities

Probably, but surely only if the taps are made for that sportive trial, you can't use other ones. According to the law, the phone taps transcriptions are a 1 time use thing, after having been used once you can as well forget about them.

In this case they decided to recycle them. Too bad that it's against the law.

isha, you think we have a chance of having this whole thing thrown out, and get our titles back AND play in Serie A this season ??

Only problem is we've dumped players faster than the owner of a "going out of business" sale

well i dont expect huge leaps when it comes to the appeals, i hope to but i dont think so.

am guessing everyone including the management didnt expect much and they were trying to cover the financial losses from the get go.

Its that bad that we lost many players, as now we could give the youth a chance and get some new players.A new team with a new coach, very interesting

We can. I mean, we have to wait the Coni verdict (I forgot the date, anyway, it's coming). This will be the last one with a punishment in points, relegations, scudetti and so on, cause it's the last sportive court that will judge us.
From Tar on, it will be about the fairness of the trial. This because they are ordinary courts. They'll have to judge if there were proof, if there were any illegal procedure in the sportive trials, if the defence had the chance to do its job and so on.
According to many (and I'm among them) what we have seen till now has been a big farce. So, well, I won't say that I'm sure that we'll come clean out of this, but... :mute:

thanx for the explanation isha

we hope that we can get anything from those appeals.

from ur explanation i understand that there is the chance that we get heavier penalties(god forbid) from the CONi only right ? while the others r only reviewing the previous trials.

U think there could be influence from the FIGC and even possily uefa on the decisions made ?

Actually Rossi said something very very funny (to me anyway, just thinking about it makes me  ).

http://www.corriere.it/Primo_Piano/Sport/2...9/lettera.shtml

The reason why our dear Rossi ( :yuck: ) doesn't want us to appeal to Tar, other than obvious fact that we would almost surely win and take our scudetto away, is that FIFA threatened that if any of the clubs tried to appeal to anything that is not TAS, Figc would be banned for a couple of years from the European competitions.

Can you imagine?
We appeal, get justice and *poof* who tried to sink us gets a taste of their own medicine: a couple of years without CL incomes. :D
Why should we care? For the time being, at B -17, we (Juve) are out of such competitions for 2-3 years at least anyway.

I really really hope we will appeal.

It would give a lesson to the losers also for the future and a little vendetta would be sooo sweet.

At this point the only thing Rossi ( :yuck: ) can do to avoid this inconvenience :D is have a little chat with the judges of the Camera di Conciliazione.
He surely is an expert at that. :yuck:

I'm only afraid that they'll give us a -20/30 A and our new board won't have enough b**ls to appeal.
And about this last sentence, maybe we won't appeal, but others almost surely will. Now we have to see if the threat is for any appeal or just the club's ones.

its extremly difficult to return us to seire A and thats for at least one reason. as i saw in the updated news thread the appeals wont end until september 7 . two days before the start of the league. and i doubt that the verdict will come on those two days. so IMO the most we hope for is no point deduction and stadium ban

theoratically its still there but we got to pray alot.

as for europe the only way is a spot in the UEFA cup next season hopefully as coppa italia champoins.

Latest indications are that Juventus will stay in Serie B.

The only good news on the horizon is that the points deduction is likely to be slashed or completely removed.
we must go to TAR, and be put back into A, with no point deduction !!!
