See here:

According to the Italian newspaper 'Gazzetta dello Sport', the first step that Juve have to go through is that to try and settle the matter with the Italian football federation (FIGC), but this simply will not happen. It is very improbable that the supreme court cancels CAF's decision, and without such a suspension, the league would be given the go ahead to start.

A small update:

1. Juventus *MIGHT* get a further 'discount' regarding the point deduction from the upcoming meeting with FIGC

2. Should the TAR 'freeze' the 'campionato', there is a big chance of Juventus being put back to the Serie A, but the chance of this happening is very, very slim

Source is stated in the beginning :)

Good news. At least we still can hope. Thanks.

Ok now this is a strange one:

According to Caf's president, Piero Sandulli, in an interview with 'Il Romanista' admits that 2004/5's Serie A league was legitimate. The only game which is suspicious is Lecce - Juventus.

What is strange that then Sandulli adds "Juventus are protesting? I am suprised. We have confirmed Caf's verdict".

How can Sandulli say that the 'campionato' was legitimate, and then agree with the final verdict?

I think he means that because of the suspicion, Juve deserve the verdict, which let goes the saying "innocent until prooven guilty" down to the dumps.

Clamoroso Sandulli: 'Nessun illecito, campionato regolare'
