According to the Italian newspaper 'Gazzetta dello Sport', the first step that Juve have to go through is that to try and settle the matter with the Italian football federation (FIGC), but this simply will not happen. It is very improbable that the supreme court cancels CAF's decision, and without such a suspension, the league would be given the go ahead to start.
A small update:
1. Juventus *MIGHT* get a further 'discount' regarding the point deduction from the upcoming meeting with FIGC
2. Should the TAR 'freeze' the 'campionato', there is a big chance of Juventus being put back to the Serie A, but the chance of this happening is very, very slim
