In FM2006, he is the best striker in my squad, score an average of 1.5 goal/game he playes so I am definately not selling him.

Since you are mentioning it, I sold Imbra to Milan in my FM2006 for 56 million euros and they have him benched, since they have Sheva and Inzaghi. :D

Question; how would feel if all the sanctions are expunged by the civil courts and you're allowed to continue as though the last few months had never happened, also in the knowledge that clubs who have committed far less a crime (Fiorentina, Lazio, Milan) would see their punishment stand?

Supreme court may refuse Juve's appeal

According to the Italian newspaper 'Gazzetta dello Sport', the first step that Juve have to go through is that to try and settle the matter with the Italian football federation (FIGC), but this simply will not happen. It is very improbable that the supreme court cancels CAF's decision, and without such a suspension, the league would be given the go ahead to start.

Didier Deschamps has admitted in an interview with the French newspaper 'Le Parisien' that Monaco's Givet is a very interesting player, a player who is very well know by Juve's manager. Regarding the 'calciopoli' outcome, Deschamps said that three appeals will be presented, one to Coni, one to Tar (supreme court) and one to the European supreme court in Brussels.

Fernando Torres. I put him next to Trezi and Nedved behind them. I still have Vieira though as a DMC, but I took Maresca as a back up for Neddy and I brought up Palladino and Chiumiento from the young squad. I also brought Miccoli back. Great player. He shares the right wing with Camo. I ditched Thuram (ungrateful git) and i bought Barzagli and Grosso. Maybe I am wasting my time... I should coach Juve instead... :toast: :D :D

A small update:

1. Juventus *MIGHT* get a further 'discount' regarding the point deduction from the meeting with FIGC

2. Should the TAR 'freeze' the Campionato, there is a big chance of Juventus back to the Serie A

better to be without points deduction or with less than 30 points deduction :)

2. Should the TAR 'freeze' the 'campionato', there is a big chance of Juventus being put back to the Serie A, but the chance of this happening is very, very slim

I have a feeling that nothing will be changed , we have to accept that Juve will play in Serie B next season with the -17 points , with good planning and with the availability of the players that we still have which IMO are very strong squad we can easily come back next year to Serie A
