offcourse -15 is better than -30.
but our penalty is much much worst from the others, who also found guilty. This is simply unacceptable.
That is true, appearently, we did more bad things then them, at least more proven bad things (according to the court).
And that is living in the past, nothing we can change about that.
I for one feel that, if we get the -15 points, and if we don't have to face Fiorentina and Lazio, promovation to serieA after one season is very well possible and thus, that punishment would make me feel better, not good, but better.

We're down to serie-B with 2 scudetti taken away from us.
And they had nothing to prove us guilty. They have not enough evidence.
The verdict itself is a scandal. Fvck.

This process is a shame.I can't believe it.

We alredy sold our 4 players(Zambro and Canna irreplaceable in my opinion) so we knew that we won't be back in Serie A after the appeal.

(-15) in B sounds good in this situation.

I don't know much of the italian courts.. but I read today that Cobolli said if the appeal failed, he will take the case to the civil court..

now, if it did failed.. and juve took the case to the civil court.. AFAIR, the civil court cannot adjust the sentence, right? or is it the lazio court or some other courts) they either accept it or decline it..

so, if I'm right.. there is a chance that we can get out of this mess like nothing happened..!!!

it would be very good to hear from an expert in the juridical system in Italy..
anyone..?

Maybe so, but it is too late for that now, we only can look to the future and that is hopefully being back in serieA after one season and in the mean while, not loosing out on too much cash so that we can sign a very competitive team to be able to challenge for the title in serieA after one or two seasons.

I think the only reasonable appeal is for 2005/06 Scudetto and points deduction reduction.

We will win the scudetto of 2007/2008, in time to watch our young Juve players play in Euro 2008. :D

No doubt something isn't kosher in all of that sentence take milan for exmpele.
HOW THE FUCK they got serie A with only point deduction.in my opnion Silvio Berlosconi pulled some strings to get milan the lightest penlity they could get.
It's even more annoying that silvio claimed the Scudetto before the sentence even beagun.

I'm nowhere near an expert of the Italian judicial system, but as a Law student I'll try to answer using basic logic (I'm not too sure if logic is a right way when reasoning about Italy...)

The procedure we are in now is purely inside the Figc (Italian federation of football). They have their own courts & tribunals. We are now before their court of appeal, and I don't know if there is a higher level inside the FIGC?

Now, if we go to the civil courts (that is depending of the Italian state) the judge cannot change the FIGC sentence. It is not of his business if we play wit -30, -15, in A or in B.
What he can do though, is call the procedure illegal, and order the FIGC to make it undone. If this happens in time, it would indeed mean that we would be playing in A again, like nothing happened. But there is a big chance that a civil judgement won't happen in time (Serie A has already started) making it impossible for us to play in A. The best thing FIGC could do, is a payback in money, I guess.

But don't put your hopes on that.

Came to think of it: If some teams (probably Milan, Lazio and Fiorentina) stay in A, will Torino be forced to play in B?
