Even the reductions where orchestrated by Inter.. I wonder what the significance of not reducing a single point for Milan just before their Derby with Inter.... Fuck you Moratti!

I think Milan not being being rewarded any points is just fair. Afterall they were barely punished. As for the Serie A, I am not sure if I am happy that it is a joke this year or I should havw wanted Milan to be given some points to make the championship a little bit more interesting. Some people are saying that Milan will win the Scudetto anyway, even with this handicap. But I think otherwise.

Yeah, you could be right. They have a really hard time putting the ball in the back of the net these days and I think a victory over Inter tonight is crucial to their chances. But to be perfectly honest I don't care which of these two wins it. It's like Buffon said: "Who cares?"..

For starters Inter made fools of themselves when they celebrated the scudetto given to them by the courts. And secondly, what fun is it to win a fixed league anyway, without your greatest rivals Juventus and with the city rivals AC Milan on a ban?

If Inter do win the league and start running around like idiots, cheering and celebrating, I will laugh till I cry.

Serie-A is DEAD until next year :agree:

But for what it's worth: Go Palermo :pint:

I dont think they'll win it either.. But with oppostions such as Inter (the shit of the shit). and Roma with their up and down performances, you kindda fancy the temptation of saying Milan will win it... Palermo, anyone?.. they've been good so far!

i think they will just diminish a bit by bit later on, although if they get out of Europe soon then they could do something(although i dont think they will win it)

hmm, did we actually bought those points/penalties?
One of our penalties was a monetary one - a fine of several thousand euros. Perhaps milan & the others did too.

:agree: I agree with you & Jeeks. I doubt milan will win with moratti fixing things at Figc. Also, there are too many aging players in milan - even more than we had last year. They're beginning to be too slow; even last season they were showing signs of a lower standard of play. Nevertheless, I want them to win today, just to see inter get thrashed, (which would mean inter lose 3 points). I want anyone other than inter to win the league. That would make me laugh 'till I cried:D

Milan doesn't deserve any form of a point reduction; they were re-instated into the Champions' League when they really shouldn't have (the deserved CL just as much as Juve), and they stayed in Serie A. Buzz off.

Zeman slams Juve discount
Sunday 29 October, 2006
Zdenek Zeman reacted angrily to the Calciopoli appeal verdicts, claiming the Serie B season has been "falsified" by Juventus' discount.

The CONI Arbitration cut Juve’s penalty from 17 points to nine on Friday evening after accepting that the club had removed those directors responsible for the scandal.

“With the cuts to those penalties, the Serie B Championship has been falsified. The extra points handed to Juve prove that things will never change,” said the Lecce Coach.

In the top flight, Lazio’s 11-point handicap was reduced to just three, Fiorentina went from –19 to –15 and Milan’s eight-point penalty was confirmed.

“At least the Second Division is a very difficult League and Juve will have to struggle hard in any case to earn promotion.”

Zeman has always been the Bianconeri’s most outspoken critic, as his comments on the muscular development of some of their players prompted the long-running investigation into Juve’s medical staff.

He also suggested that disgraced director general Luciano Moggi had some power over referees long before this summer’s shock telephone interceptions revealed pressure on the authorities.

Ironically, the change to Juve’s status puts them in direct competition with Zeman’s Lecce for promotion to Serie A.

Didier Deschamps’ men have won seven on the trot to climb up to 10th place on 13 points, while the Salentini are two spots down on 11.

“We started well against Triestina, hitting the woodwork and taking the lead early on,” Zeman said of the 2-2 draw.

“However, as soon as we conceded the first goal, we lost control of the tempo and our heads. Our most serious problem is that we never manage to hold on to a lead. We’re not focused enough and must improve this at all costs if we are to aim for the top flight.”

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WTF is his problem????? Scared of some competition???? I think he is bitter about Juve cause they never wanted him as a coach :p
I wish he would just concentrate on his shitty team rather on our great team.

well mr Zeman is shitting his pants now, he knew that it would be struggle for his team evn with juve having the full negative points. Now Lecce have no chance.

We will play his team in November, then we will see what happens.
