ok, but if we want to get promoted we must win all our games. and even if we do that we still might not. This is not easy but we can do it. if every one puts in 100% all the time we will win the rest of our matches. adn if we cant do that there is always next year.

WTF are you talking about?!

If we win 42 games we would be 40 points infront our first opponent.

When are you people gonna realize that Scudetto wont be given back to us?!

We should have been relegated in 2004/05 season, so we could not possibly win last year Scudetto because we were supposed to be in Serie B last season already.

They havent took our Scudetto because we were cheating in season 2005/06, it is because we were relegated in season 2004/05.

I disagree.

Juve were convicted of a handful of games in the 04/05 season, if u take away the 3 points from those matches, and than add a penalty, it would not have put Juve in last nevermind the minus's.

Also, these games in question were against shit teams Juve are clearly better than anyways. Factor in no match fixing was found, to make all the points collected in those matches void is wrong, since the points were earned on the pitch.

:agree: .... And Mark is assuming that we would have got relegated. If we had had an impartial judge instead of an interesti, we would not have been relegated, but in serie A with penalty points like the others. Indeed, as we were the only team to distance themselves from the "wrongdoers", we should have had more leniency than the others. We didn't, because, as an interesti, rossi was hell bent on sabotaging our club.

It doesnt make any sense really, its not our fault they remembered now to punish us for a previus year mistake, if we were supossed to be in serie b last year, then we were supossed to be in serie a this year!:D

If tomorrow will find out about smth happened back in 1982 what would happen then?

The penalty was about the 2004-2005 season and was executed on 2005-2006 season. Our 2005-2006 title was valid and if we ever prooved innocent and get their penalisation back, we have chances to regain it (as this is a possibility:pumpkin: )

We were more heavily penalised clearly because of the media circus,
that was the main reason, if the papers were bashing Juve the less we would have avoided that and we didnt because we are the most powerless team than the rest
end of story...

Scudetto Should Not Have Been Awarded – Federal Court

The President of the Federal Court declared that neither Inter nor Milan should have been awarded the 2005/06 Italian league title.

Another twist in the Calciopoli saga, as Piero Sandulli, President of the Federal Court, stated that the Serie A title for the incriminated season should have never been awarded to any team.

“We did not worry about anything else except for the non-awarding of the league title. I believe that would have been the best decision, both with regards to Inter and to Milan.

“From a personal point of view, I believe that it would have been fair not awarding it to anyone.”

Milan have asked for the Scudetto in their Arbitrary appeal.

“I don’t think it would be opportune to do so,” commented Sandulli. “Probably it would not be so either awarding it to the third placed team. It could have been left not awarded the title as a memento.”

I agree that the Scudetto should never have been null and voided: it is what it deserves, it is a tarnished and soiled badge.

Lets get a points deduction and get back to Seria A so that it becomes fair and interesting again.

Forza Palermo.

I dont want to repeat myself anymore.

This is how the system works and neither you or anybody in the world will bring our Scudettos back.

And the sooner you accept that fact, the better for you.

Damn you are stubborn!

It is no matter how many games were "fixed".

The FIGC and the media think that Moggi has started the whole process of talking to referees - that is why we were automatically relegated no matter of how many games were "fixed".

And Juventus was never accused of match-fixing.

Juventus was thrown to Serie B because of "trying to influent the outcome of a match" and in every football country you get relegated because of that.

This are the rules and you can forget our Scudettos. The only fair thing would be that these both Scudettos weren´t assigned to anyone.
