i dont think we wouldve achieved anything with it to begin with,
at least the board should try and stick with their own mouth.

and fight for this club.

basicly we wanted to complain that our penalty was ok, but others got away lightly, so we also should be let off without punishment as well. they wont punish milan, fiorentina and lazio harsher then it is now, so why bother.
that's why we should get our punishment lighter. 2 scudetti revoke means 2 years back. serie-B means 1 year back. At least we are 3 years back and begin with huge financial lost and lot of players lost. That's tooooooooooooooo much.

reinstating us back to serie a wouldve been a joke and even a bigger disgrace to calcio.
lega calcio is still a joke without considering our appeal to reinstating to serie a. If we can call the former scandal is moggi's system, the current scandal is rossi's system. so what is the different? lega calcio is still a joke.

also going to civil courts is against fifa regulations, so even if tar's decision wouldve been favourable, fifa probably wouldnt have liked it and punished us even harsher..
yeah, maybe they will punish italian teams as a whole. maybe i also can say, they deserve it.

Carlo is the sh*t. One of my favorite coaches in all of calcio.

He's the real deal.
:agree:

hes a real old skool coach. You think trap and capello r defensive, have a look at this guy.

anyway i hope we can get anything we could, -5 would be alrite.

Another thing, ppl here seem to have the impression that we could cruise through serieB with a -5, well hate to break it for ya but it will be tough as hell. Napoli gave us a taste the other day even cesena.

i wudnt get so overconfident, serie B looks a damn sight harder, and with us being juve, every team will be looking for damage limitation score lines against us, and will play with men behind the ball.
Thats what I think, i don't think it'll be a breeze, its difficult to play a gainst a different style and mentality of football. Especially if you have no idea who the players are, which guys to look out for, which to mark especially tight.

We are blind fighters for this one year, I think we'll still get promoted, but I don't think it'll be easy even with only a -5 point deduction.

I really am pissed of at the Italian Sporting Justice, they have really created havoc out of mere stories and conversations. Don't wanna drag on about this, but I reaally am still pissed.

De Santis to fight on
Monday 4 September, 2006
Massimo De Santis insists he had nothing to do with Calciopoli and says he will keep on fighting to prove his innocence.

The referee was handed a four-year ban for his involvement in the match-fixing scandal, but feels that he was punished unfairly.

“I was never part of a group,” De Santis, who was stripped of his World Cup chance following the probe, stated. “I will go on until the end to prove my innocence.

“I want to prove my innocence because I feel that I have been sentenced with no reason,” continued the man in black.

“I do not intend to go back to refereeing as after losing my World Cup chance I see no sense in returning to the job.

“I directed matches with joy and pleasure, trying to apply the rules with professionalism and I am sure I made some mistakes,” added the 44-year-old.

“However, I’m paying for one match, Lecce-Parma, which has nothing to do with the Luciano Moggi issue. They say I was a pro-Moggi referee, but strangely enough Moggi did not want me.”

De Santis highlighted the fact that in 2004-05 – the incriminated season – he directed Juventus four times, with the Bianconeri losing against Palermo and Inter, winning with Atalanta and drawing 1-1 with Parma.

The official also attacked Inter owner Massimo Moratti, who recently confessed that he had De Santis followed by a private investigator after the Chievo-Inter match when the Nerazzurri were damaged by his decisions.

“I was disappointed,” he concluded. “I would have never expected such an unpleasant thing from a person like him.”
