I think there should be a mission where you have to build some stuff. You can have people work for you so they will have to explain how it all works at some point in the game.

So far ive only messed around with it, scraping stuff, storing chairs and stuff i want. Not sure when should be the appropriate time to build my fortress either.
Thanks for the heads up. Makes sense!

No not really. It's a post-apocalyptic alternate future world set against the backdrop of (our) 1950s, with futuristic military technology. I don't know exactly why the developers chose the 50s but it works and adds to the creepiness.

100% worth getting into if you have the time for it. If not don't start.

    Same here

Is this title/series worth getting into?
    Is this serious question?

It's one of the greatest friggin' games ever created. Getting my copy for the weekend. :)

People playing on consoles shouldn't talk about graphics... They should not talk about shooters being fun too... honestly they should stick to playing what consoles are made for, fighting and sports games.
Another PC vs Console battle. :D

But I agree. Playing games on PC is entirely different, enhanced experience, when it comes to these type of games.
