What did people expect to see? Not only that he never played for a year, but his contract expires next year.

It's only laughable to think people though he's worth 7-8mln.

We're asking for 4mln and that's probably the most we can hope for, rightfully so. It's Quagliarella.
We should ask at least 7 or 8 mils.

He is our bestforward by far...our best bench forward and the best pre Tevez-lorente one.

In fact, we should not sell.

7-8mln for a player who was benched for the entire season, was not called up in Europe and who's contract is expiring in a year. Oh and who is also 31yo :lol2:

Not only that you're wrong about price. But you're wrong about keeping him as well.

Yeah this whole leech branding is a ridiculous overreaction. If we disregard all of the Tuttosport bullcrap, there have been two serious opportunites to sell him, both to Lazio. Last september Conte refused the transfer last minute, and in january Quagliarella did refuse it himself, but with credible sources reporting that he agreed to join them in the summer.

So there was exactly one time that we know of where Quagliarella indeed said no.
