But the maggots here say he'll turn all offers down.
Iaquinta bro.

I would sell him for 12, even if I'm a big fan of Quags.
This is good money. Besides, it's best for everyone involved. And very honestly, I'd hate to see Quag in Italy with another team. Maybe he feels the same way.

Ohhhhh yeah. Qtube to the BPL, get er dun, Beppe!

12M is way too good to be true, though.
Gonna tear shit up, with all that continuity.

If that claim is true then Quag has to go. It's his best chance of having a crack at the World Cup squad, he's too good to sit 5th best or so in Conte's pecking order; just a shame he couldn't walk away from this team as a CL winner. He'll chop it up in EPL with all the space and lack of defensive pressure, hoping for some epic Q-tube moment that will be brought to the attention of all and sundry merely on the basis those goal will happen on English soil.

I won't forget his effort in the dark days of Del Neri, nor his great recovery from his horrid knee injury and his clutch performances in both Serie A and CL. I'd love it if it weren't true but I'm happy that if he goes it won't be to a serie A rival. Hopefully he thrives and prospers as a starter, which is something he, like Giak, thoroughly deserve!!

Forza Fabio!!

You took the words right out of my mouth haha!!
However, think of the butchering that will happen with his surname... God have mercy!
Too many people forget how he carried the forward line back in the Del Neri dark hours.

12 m. Deluded fucks, lets drain em!
Either that or the deluded fucks are in here thinking he will be the new Iaquinta.

All 5 of em :agree:

Sell! Sell!
We may have a similar deal for Matri, and it could go towards another big player but let's see.

Probably Southampton who offered €12m. They just bought Wanyama for £12.5m, and apparently offered €20m for Osvaldo.

They have a director Cortese who keeps a close eye on Italian football. The south coast is also a nice place to live.
How are these clubs able to afford deals like the one rumoured for Osvaldo or 12m for Quag/15m for Wyanama etc. There is also the question of wages. The Epl is a lucrative league, admittedly, but to see even the smaller clubs able to afford deals like the ones you mention just make an almost scary comparison when you look at the rest of Serie a in the doldrums. I can't imagine a Parma (if I equate them with Southampton in the Epl) pulling off a deal of a similar stature.

Southampton have a Swiss billionaire owner. Well they did have but he died shortly afterwards. His family decided to uphold his obligations towards Southampton.

Cortese is a friend of his, so basically spends the family money :D There is also the ridiculous new PL tv deal, worth about £3bn.

If the rumours are true then good luck to him, I think he will kill it in the EPL and he probably wants a spot in the WC so regular playing time would be for his best interest, he deserves a spot more than Gilardino anyway. good luck to him if he does go, I will never forget his goal against Chelsea off the bench

Carried the forward line in the dark del neri days  running out of straws to clutch.
Too bad we didn't have Borriello at the time. but sure, feel free to debate that too. You're Nzoric. Which means you're not relevant.

Yea, though, that's the scary part. Coz we are always talking about the Epl being lucrative, but we never really estimate deeper pockets for what could be perceived as the more provincial clubs. It's very impressive coz the money seems well spread out, in proportion anyway. Like I don't imagine, club's in France, Italy, even Spain having such a liquid balance across the top and bottom end of the league. Maybe Germany could rival this thiugh.

So much under estimation :touched:
You're talking to a guy who rated Borriello. Don't bother.

What did they pay for him and what wages? :D

Pre Quag injury, 2nd on the table.
Post injury we finished 7th.

Seriously, when you have facts and humble pie rammed down your throat, please eat with with the least amount of fuss!
Quaglia is/was a champ for us, never once did he have a down turn in a Juve jersey, the only thing that stopped him was that bloody knee injury. However, unlike some players, he came back, frankly better than ever; but no, many of you unappreciative and graceless gits have to rag him no end. Che Vergogna! :sergio:

I may want Matri sold before Quag but I've always been mega appreciative of his contribution to the team, especially his lethality under LDN when with the exception of ADP, Toni, Pepe, Chiello, Barza and Buffon, the rest of the team were crumbling around him. Too bad Matri dipped with the purchase and his subsequent displacement by Borriello, we then witnessed his mental fragility and after which, he's never really been the same player; that said, I still admire his qualities when he's an inform striker. It's called being fair, reasonable and graceful, you should give it a go.
