In a weird way he reminds me of Roberto Baggio, doesn't have the same qualities but got that confidents and determination in him ( very few Italian attackers ATM have that in them).
While there can only ever be one Roberto Baggio, I think your analogy is an interesting one. While il divino had a bit more technical flair, Quag and him both have the kind of game that rests on finesse. But where I see them to be absolutely identical is in their temperamental approach. Baggio was a fighter and never gave into the odds. I feel like Quag, in many ways is similar. Very honestly, 22 months later, post that horrific injury, very few players could've made a comeback like he has. Let alone with the overachievement in terms of game time/goals. Hats off to him. And I sincerely hope we keep faith in him by rewarding him with reasonable continuity, whether he has good or bad matchdays over the next month.

Di Natale did not play any of the qualifiers or friendlies under Prandelli.
That's coz he was in the final euro squad. Now would be a good time to give someone like Quag a run given that he hasn't featured in Prandelli's set up at all. That is if Prandelli wants to have a look at him, while blooding the youngsters.

That was a really good compilation. Not over-edited or annoying, suitable music and doesn't show the same clip 6 times in slow motion.

Very nice!

That cant be justification enough Salv. If DiNatale can make it under Prandelli's reign, then Quag surely deserves a chance.
Prandelli's job has been to bring in a new generation, so he's always going to favour younger players in the team over ones without pedigree. Especially when there is 2 years until the World Cup, it's easier to have them settled. Quagliarella will need to maintain form for a few more months at the very least and hope others don't, but I think it'll be tough work.

I don't think it is appropriate to compare him to Di Natale at this point.
