Very poor first half, but did better in the second overall. Latched onto more passes, kept the ball better, played it better. And got himself a sweet goal. His first and second half performances were like night and day.

Whatna fucking goal. The only other person who can finish like that is Alex. I think Conte showed immense faith in Quag by taking Vuci off first when both of them were having a bad time in the middle, and I think that belief paid off. More than the goal, I'm really happy he got some important minutes. And two goals in two games is a result of that continuity. Very happy for him. Hope he gets another start. And I really wouldn't mind Quag Matri or Quag Ale.

I was hoping that his awful miss in the first half isn't going to cause us the game, and thankfully Bonucci pop up the goal. His second half performance was slightly better, but damn do we have the most frustrating strikers or what. He and Vuci didn't link very well at all.

I wasn't speaking figuratively but he fucked up too many chances. You won't be afforded that luxury against better teams. He's a cool dude and everything but I don't see much of a point in keeping him.
