There's absolutely no reason he should have come off instead of Iaquinta.

"Iaquinta stayed to hold the ball upfront."

He's incapable of doing that, let alone sneaking in those opportunities to kill the game.

Quagliarella actually excels at both of these things and he can very well play CF.

Great goal, such a shame it wasn't a goal for some valuable three points.

And I agree with everyone saying he should have stayed instead of Iaquinta, he can at least play some ball. Iaquinta was never able to hold the ball and would never have learned to do it just all of a sudden.

Thank you..
this guy is intelligent unlike number 9 who usually runs, jumps, kicks, and trying to outmuscle opponents which usually fails anyway, without the use of his brain..

Yes,you can always expect a goal from Quagliarela, and from Iaquinta... Only offsides :sergio:

15 goals would be fine IMO. He's a SS anyway, he doesnt have to be a 20+ goal a season striker...

Seriously, how much more bleeding obvious can it be for Marotta. We NEED a proper poacher to play alongside Quags.

LDN got it wrong last night, he should have taken off Iaq.

He has his fair share of assists too, I hope he keeps scoring and contributing and hopefully he can get more playing time than Iaquinta.
