Napoli fans treated him like royalty before he got a chance to become a legend for their club. Some were even naming their sons after him. That's their own fault.

I don't understand Juventus fans anyway, a fair number of the summer moves were criticised. I can't imagine this place if we signed Gilardino or Pazzini.

People will still complain and say he's overpriced, IMO.

People complain and hate him because he was seen as Diego's replacement, and that angered a lot of people. He was seen as "mediocre", "average"and "shit", even though he performed better than almost all of our strikers from last season (and now this season).

Oh and he's Italian too, which makes all the anti-Italian stooges even more angry. Remember that Egyptian poster who lived in Thailand, I remember him being particularly up in arms about this transfer.

The funny thing is there is still the haters hanging around and criticising him heavily whenever he doesnt score for us/has a bit of an off game.Guess they cant hack that this "average" player has done more for us in barely half a season, than Diego did in a whole season.
