without Tevez that is a bad call, honestly we saw how bad llorente and Osvaldo were last time together
I thought so too. It's actually good we have him around since we are taking the EL seriously, he would actually be a good option to rest key players like Tevez domestically. And since Gio really isn't cut out for Juve, and Llorente is in Jasi mode, we could do with being more intelligent with our handling of our strikers. Dunno if there's an ego tussle going on between Quag and the management. He doesn't seem to be injured for this one, so it's strange he's not called after featuring in two games recently.

poor quags. I always liked him over any of vucinic, matri, giovinco. those goals against Chelsea, Gala and Copenhagen :tuttosport:
Especially the ones against Chelsea. Not sure if too many people remember those :D :D

That is a hard knock on the chin to take, even for someone like Quag
It is strange coz he has played the last two games when other strikers have been available, and now when we have a shortage of strikers we decide to not call him up. This whole thing is a bit silly. If we are taking a stand against the player then he shouldn't be playing at all. If he isn't injured or it isn't a family emergency then I think we are dumb to not use him as an available resource with the fixture list and options at hand.

Obviously somehting went on behind the scenes. After that Marotta reunion to “clear up things“, everything has gone downhill.

Unless he is sick for this game, I dont see how is logical to not take him, for precaution at the very least in case one of our dudes gets injured midgame

Makes no sense not to take him especially since one of them is not available

it was Contes decision. maybe he has a small injury or is sick, if not Conte has his reasons for not calling him. besides he has enough strikers even without him (Llorente, Vucinic, Osvaldo, Giovinco)
