He is also balding.so Sell.
Sell our most effective striker. Do it. Sell Vidal too, because he is good. Also sell Buffon, Chiellini, Barzagli, Bonucci, Pogba, Lichtsteiner, Pirlo, Marchisio, Asamoah, Vucinic and Llorente too because they are also good. The team is better with worse players.

Juventus 2013/14 according to Cusp.

That looks like a team that Luigi DelNeri is planning to build Juve into.

Regarding our strikers, I believe everyone is for sale. The choice who to sell will depend on the offers we will receive and the characteristics of the strikers we will buy. But as of now, everyone has equal chances to be sold.
Teams (read: Marotta) are also paying lots of attention on bookkeeping, so, in order to generate a positive economic effect, we will have to sell the strikers for this amount:

1. Juve signed Quagliarella in 2011 for 10.5m eur (we got him in 2010 for 1 year loan worth 4.5m eur, but that doesn't count). He signed a three year contract. Two years already passed, so in order to be in + we will have to sell Quagliarella for 3.5m eur or more.

2. Juve signed Matri in 2011 for 15.5m eur (we got him 6 months earlier on half year loan for 2.5+Ariaudo). He signed a four year contract. Two years already passed, so in order to be in + we will have to sell Matri for 7.75m eur or more.

3. Juve signed Vucinic in 2011 for 15m eur. He signed a four year contract. Two years already passed, so in order to generate positive economic effect, we will have to sell Mirko for 7.5m eur or more.

4. Juve signed Giovinco in 2012 for 11m eur. He signed a three year contract. One year already passed, so in order to be in + we will have to sell Giovinco for 7.33m eur.

As you can see, Quag is the most attractive selling object, as far as Marotta is concerned :D

Marotta takes more than just numbers into account when evaluating whether we should sell players, otherwise Vidal already would have been sold already for €40m

Matri and Vucinic you could probably get €10m for if wages were not an issue.

Quagliarella slightly less.

Giovinco I still don't see being sold, but if we get a good bid (probably from abroad) it would probably force our hand.

These moves are linked, because one being sold relieves pressure on the others.

Of course, that's why I put the numbers in 3rd place. Gazzetta claimed that Conte asked for Vidal and Pogba to be untouchable, and he gave a green light for all the strikers to be put on the transfer market. If true, and I guess it is, the offers we will receive will play the biggest part in our choice who to sell. Then the characteristics of the strikers follow and in the end it will be about balancing the books. We won't sell Mirko, Matri or Seba for less than 7-7.5m eur, because that will mean a negative economic effect.
