We get attached to players so easily because they come across as being good guys that play with a lot of heart. I thing Quags fits into this category. Truth is though is he ever going to be a quality Champions League striker? I like Quags and will be upset if e goes but i honestly don't think the team will lose a lot if he does. He is great for the bench though but i can't imagine that he'll want to stay for the bench

True but if someone a lot better came along I don't think too many people would be too upset to forget him is all I'm saying.

As fans we're all quite sentimental but in reality the club only has the responsibility to win and must do whatever they need to to ensure that happens, even if it means sacrificing quags for a higher quality of player

indeed, and also doesn't help that he does not really have a defined role and is not suited to the preferred 4-3-3 formation.

I only started watching from the 65th minute, he was playing? WTF? I was really hoping for him to come in instead of Boriello by the end. :sergio:

pitied the guy, musta been hell boring - I think there was only one cross coming in after he was subbed and it wasnt him that got a touch to it anyway. if we want to sell him to get someone better, that is fine, but hell I hope it's Boriello who goes first.

We completely stopped pressing by the 75th or so minute. The ball was played in within our midfield, so I wouldn't fault him too much. Although I'd have liked Conte to have given him and Vucinic more game time together to see how they connected. Which unfortunately didn't happen.
