we switched to a more attacking formation, and that had little to do with Alex, my point is we could have been more dangerous with quag
Maybe, not gonna argue against that but that's only a possibility.

It didn't have "little" to do with Alex though, he moved very well, kept the ball well and positioned himself well on the pitch. He could have had a bigger impact had he gotten more minutes.

That was not a miss Deneb, that header was well taken, only a matter of luck.
see thats the thing, if it was anyone else missing that we d be ganging on him right now, i understand Alex gets a pass, duly deserved too, but we are talking from a practical point of view someone like quag should play ahead of Alex until he too shows to be ineffective.

I don't think bash someone for something like that, he hit the post, so that was well taken not badly missed.
Quag need to get a chance but I trust Conte when he said that the best in trainning will be the one playing.

What Vucinic could not do in the entire match. I'd have forgiven him for missing goal chances if he had at least gotten them.
come on dude i know you know more about football, you make your runs depending on your assignment, vucinic was on the second post, and vucinic prior to switching to 4-2-4 didnt receive anything remotely close that service

Not sure about anyone else, but I don't see why criticise them?

What I'm saying is basically that criticizing Ale on that chance is absurd as he happened to be our most dangerous player yesterday. Was that because we switched to a more attacking formation? Sure but Vucnic also played in the same formation after Ale came in and he still was not as effective and dangerous as Ale was.

Alex has been lacking bite all season. Quag is one of those players that can score from anywhere in any position and has a habit of getting himself into dangerous positions. We need to give him some game time. I can't believe we haven't even seen more than 2 minutes of Matri for the last two games.

We have an abundance of forwards but Conte is too afraid to choose between Vidal and Marchisio which is at the expense of the forwards...

i am not criticizing to criticize rather to make the case that quag would be more helpful or at least he has shown enough to be given the chance to prove otherwise, ahead of Alex
