We are going to give him the transfer window and then sack him, it makes perfect sense.

You'd like to imagine that Cherubini is already having a considerable amount of say in decisions.
Exactly if he were to be sacked he would have been gone with Sarri. I guess Cherubini got Marotta's job who was vacant and things will continue as they were.

Maybe, but who cares what fans want? I certainly don't. Fans (any team) want the best players in fantasy land where money doesn't matter.

It's hard to judge how Cherubini will be, he is only working with youth recruitment. Maybe we'll see Juve continue to go after more U23 players rather than prestige signing or freebies. You can't really knock a freebie as long as they are a good squad player at least.
I'm not saying that we should do what fans what. I'm saying that the same fans who say Paratici out this year(because why you no sign Aouar, Havertz and Haaland) will be the same people who want Paratici back because he aimed for stars like Ronaldo and De Ligt instead of functional players the team needs.

On one hand i think he should be sakced because we have struggled so much in the last 3 mercatos with him at the helm.

On the other hand, I dont know how much he was constrained by budged, i dont know how much is his fault, but well in the end someone needs to pay the broken dishes and it will be him.

Last years plusvalenza spree, i dont know if it wasd his doing, because to me it seems it was an agnelli order to profit on players to balance the books because of ROnaldo... so i dont know if it was the reason.

There should be a lot of "behind the scenes" things that we dont know. Maybe the handling of the "deadwooods" is what killed him. I mean, Matuidi, Douglas, Khedira, and above all Higuain cases were rough. Fail expensive deals like Ramsey and signing of shit players like Danilo doesnt help.

He brought Deligt at least, i think it was the better signing. The rest are meh or yet unproven. Ronaldo doesnt count because he selected Juve by himself, lets be honest, Paratici is not the kind of guy who would pull a deal like that by himself. IN fact, even the deligt deal is debatable because Ronaldo personally asked deligt to come and i think that counts a lot. Also Raiola has more of a relation with Nedved than Paratiuci.

In summary, a lot of us saw this coming, as it was evident the team was strugling a lot because of bad mercatos and lack of sells.

Marotta's job was CEO but he specialised in the financial side. Juve replaced him with a CFO called Marco Re in 2018.

And Marco Re was replaced by Stefano Bertola this summer. My point I would still keep Tici for another summer because I still trust him when it comes to players, just keep him away from choosing coaches.

I agree with you. Paratici to me has always had a bit of Secco about him. It's easier to get away with that when you already have a very good and winning team but you can't get away with it forever. This is a tricky time and we need to get things right.

Nice post. Agree.
Honestly paratici has built a team so shitty that nobody wants to play as Juve in PES2020.
Other than CR7 and Dybala, the team lacks speed and width. On PES, you can hardly create a decent attacking move with the Juve midfield.

He tried to sell Paulo to sign Lukaku. That's not as bad as sell Pogba to buy Pipa but close enough for me.

Please don't do us a 3-year-Sami-extension-high-wage kind of present.... enough increases and extensions you already have given away

P. S. Fabio, could you please take Pavel with you? TIA

I forgot to mention the DYbala saga handling. it was his nail on the coffin IMO after what dybala showed.

If he was asked to make plusvalenza, it was not out of order to sell someone like dybala, but not the way he manhandled it. let me explain.
Dybala was having back to back rough season and the last one was terribad in terms of mentality and results.

The board were both tired of him and allegri, so a sell was not out of the books. But, theproblem was that IMO paratici, under agbellis pressure to make money, was blinded by the chance and wanted to sell dybala t all cost to whoever wanted him. The worst is that he wanted to trade him to iNTER or Manu, and buy Lukaku.

To make things worse, the way he treated dybala was shameful. Dybala was on vacations when Paratici was already selling him. A player like Dybala could have been called for a meeting to discuss this instead of backdoring him the way Paratici did in his desperation.

This Saga was particularly bad for Tici, because days before Sarri was official here, he said he wanted to work with Dybala. One week later , Paratici was trying to sell him (wat). One season later, and Dybala was our MVP in serie A. Lol

Paratici was simply out of it. Sorry man but you busted

completely agreed on the last sentence, he's not up to the task of handling a top club's mercato on his own. but to be fair to tici, it's not only his fault. and the other responsible was already shown the door, so it's only right to make an other change.

our wage bill is simply unsustainable.
We need experienced GM, someone ho has a sharp eye on market opportunities, knows how to build a team but is also well versed in financial part and understands our constraints. Paratici, if he stays, ideally should return to his previous responsibilities. He should avoid spotlight, he has been all over the place the past 2 years. The shoes are simply too big for him.
In general I dont like how we move on the market since 2016, there is too much of a CL obsession at the expense of long term financial stability.

The experts around here might tell you different. They will tell you that you’re misjudging Tici. They will attempt to prove you are an idiot by posting their superior idiotic irrational view.

Wait for the experts mi amigo. Just wait.

It was one bad season, bro. Dybala scored the most goals in his career in 17-18. 26 goals and 7 assists while playing more of a CAM role behind Higgy. He was inconsistent and had a poor stretch around December-January coinciding with a hamstring injury, but it clearly wasn’t a bad season in the slightest.
