Happy for him!

He could have done with two full season loans but as I recall he said he'd leave if we wanted to loan him out.

Wasn't good enough for us at the time so he had to leave. Hope to see him continue to do well!

Fabio's #Miretti : "Many of my performances have been underestimated, but I try not to think about it too much, even a few whistles have given me the energy to improve. #Juve ? I'm not thinking about the future, at the moment I'm still only focused on #Genoa "

Everyone knew he needed a loan, he is talented but needs to be a starter. Should be also loaned out next year probably
many said he was shit, just read back a few pages

i would have kept him though. he would be an interesting option instead of koopmeiners or mckennie behind the striker. and funnily enough he plays as a winger (hahaha) for genoa, of course not with the usual winger duties cause he's still not quick enough, but more like an offset am, and it's working

if giuntoli trades him for a random player like frendrup then toli restarted. then again, there's plenty of proof of that so wouldn't be a surprise

Talent was always there but been stagnating for over a year, although truth is that it’s never a smart idea to completely write off a 20yo prospect…

Miretti had always been lacking mostly in terms of his end product, probably also due to not finding any continuity here, which apparently is no longer the case, playing as a regular for Genoa in a lower pressure environment has surely helped him improve and finally take the next step in his development.

Good thing it was only a dry loan, i’d even extend it for another year for him to fully mature before returning to fight for a starting spot, however i wouldn’t mind him back this summer either if there will be place for it.

He is still lacking in terms of end product though. He has 3G 3A, thats good out come, but nothing really special still. Before that Lecce game he had 7 games where he didnt score or assist. I hope he does well, but its way to early to say he is ready for anything Juve related.
Look at Soule, he was main star at Frosinone and he struggles so much at Roma.

Thing is that when i mentioned end product i wasn’t only referring to his goal/assists tally, there’s more to it, in the sense that he is playing an important role in that Genoa team and his general contribution in the final 3rd has also improved in terms of when to keep/release the ball at the right times and picking the correct patterns of play more often too.

As i mentioned as well, i’d rather extend his loan for another year and allow him to further grow instead of forcing him here when he’s not yet fully ready, but he sure seems more mature in his game already.
