then why the board bought older player like canna to play beside chiellini ?

legro now is better that legro 2003-2004 .. but he's still awful ..

i don't trust him my friend .. i tried but it didn't work out .. the same thing with Grygera & Molinaro .. these players don't deserve the JUVE shirt .. we can find dozens of better players ..

by the way cannavaro isn't the best .. but he's doing well so i support him .. anyway this won't change the fact that we need young defenders next season ..

look,i know we dont have the best CBs in the world but im satisfied with the "chiellini-cannavaro-legrottaglie" options.it could have been worse->see ac meelan...
you should trust legro the way juve trusted him the last 2 seasons.he is experienced,he has a gentle style of play and he is back in the Italian NT!
Cannavaro is not the cannavaro we used to know 3 years ago but still he is among the best CBs of the world.dont judge him by his appearances in la liga.serie a is more tactical and he'll shine again.
about grygera and molinaro...what can i say...thank God we have plenty of options above them->zebina,caceres,salihamidzic,de ceglie.

No chance we are buying young and expensive defenders next year, as we will replacing one, possible two of our forwards!!
Hopefully, we will at least buy just one good defender, may it be CB or fullback, besides acquiring Caceres OR bringing back Criscito...

Cannavaro calls ultra' truce Friday 21 August, 2009

Fabio Cannavaro says he has “made peace” with angry Juventus supporters over a pizza in a bid to stop protests disrupting their Serie A opener with Chievo.
The veteran had been subjected to insults and protests from the moment the club tried to sign him as an out of contract player from Real Madrid.

He had not been 'forgiven’ for walking out during the Calciopoli scandal of 2006, which saw Juve demoted to Serie B, and this fringe of ultras called him a 'traitor.’

“We talked it over and cleared the air. We made peace, the important thing is the good of the team,” Cannavaro told Sky Italia television.

It is reported in Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport that the truce was called after Canna invited ultra leaders to a pizza restaurant in the city.

They were able to talk over their issues and agree to hold off on protests during Sunday’s opening Serie A game against Chievo.
