A little bit of research learned me that our head scout is Pasquale Sensibile, and Riccardo Scirea assists him.

Assistent trainr Christian Damiano also does some scouting.

Example, in the last Serbia NT game, Sensibile and Damiano were in the stands to watch Ivanovic.

For your info, here is the complete football staff of Juventus:

Allenatore: Claudio Ranieri
Vice allenatore: Christian Damiano
Assistente di campo: Paolo Benetti
Preparatore portieri: Giorgio Pellizzaro
Preparatori atletici: Riccardo Capanna e Andrea Scanavino
Team manager: Gianluca Pessotto
Responsabile settore medico: Riccardo Agricola
Medici sociali: Michele Gemignani, Bartolomeo Goitre e Luca Stefanini
Fisioterapisti: Aldo Esposito e Luigi Pochettino
Massofisioterapisti: Mauro Caudana, Dario Garbiero e Franco Giacometto
Allenatore Squadra Primavera: Vincenzo Chiarenza
Responsabile settore giovanile: Ciro Ferrara
Coordinatore allenatori settore giovanile: Michelangelo Rampulla
Responsabile osservatori: Pasquale Sensibile
Scoutman: Riccardo Scirea
Responsabile Juventus Soccer Schools: Marco Marchi

Good stuff there Bisco.
We should have sticky threads about this.

One about Juve Staff and one about Juve Youth Sector.

But I don't have the time right now. Maybe later. Anyone who wants to do it is welcome to do so.
