What's up with the 5 teams group (Holland group)? I know the worst 2:nd finnisher don't go to play offs so what happens here? Is it the way I assume, that for the remaining groups, points gathered against the last place finnisher aren't counted? If so, we could be fucked...

Yes, pts against the last placed don't count when the 2nd placed teams table will be created.

If by "we" you mean Sweden, then there are no worries. Sweden already has 9pts (not counting the match against Malta) and if you beat Albania you'll have 12 pts.
If you want to be 2nd then you'll probably have to get at least a draw against Denmark, so that means that you'll have 13 pts, not counting the matches vs Malta.

Scotland won't beat Holland on Wednesday, but even if they do they'll have 13pts and worse GD than Sweden.
Some other 2nd placed teams will also have less than 13 points.
