Why do these late round EL games kick off at 8.05pm (UK time) while CL games kick off at 7.45pm (again UK time)?

I assume because they are lower priority (in terms of viewers) games than the CL it is easier to schedule them for tv just after the hour (which is peak time tv), at the end of another program.

That would make sense, I just thought it was strange as a lot of EL teams would usually have lesser facilities like floodlights etc., so pushing the games back later would be a bad idea. I suppose that's why it's in the later rounds though. Thanks.
