And what a coach that was. Very calm and classy. The team played direct football with slick forward passes and high pressing. Vialli was fantastic in both games. 3-2 score line doesn’t tell the story as at one point we were 4-0 on aggregate. Nantes had Villarreal’s form that year but then realized there was nothing they can do to win.
